Thomas McKee, President and Founder of Advantage Point Systems, Inc.

Advantage Point Systems, Inc. got its start 5 years ago, when motivational speaker and trainer Tom McKee had a vision of companies moving swiftly and successfully through changing times. Thirty years ago, he began his professional career speaking to one of the most difficult audiences - high school assemblies. For the past twenty years, he has been speaking regularly to audiences of over 1000 to 2000 people. To date he has taught over 3000 training seminars and spoken to over half a million people in Europe, Africa and the United States, including companies and organizations of all sizes.

As a management consultant, Tom is not just a speaker, but a valuable resource. His workshops are filled with unique and practical tools from his experience facilitating and writing strategic plans for some of America's top corporations and associations. He also brings to his training sessions more than 30 years of experience in sales, consultation, motivational speaking and marriage and family counseling. Holding a bachelor's degree in communication and a master's degree in education, Tom McKee brings an enlightened view to today's fast-paced business world. He is an active member of the California Society of Association Executives and the American Society for Training and Development.

With 30 years of extensive speaking experience to audiences of more than half-a-million people, Tom's dynamic and direct approach has been enthusiastically embraced and proven itself both with multinational corporations spanning three continents and smaller independent businesses throughout the United States, particularly Northern California. As a change management specialist, Tom McKee felt that it was high time that Advantage Point break into the world of web users.

So in May of 1997, partnering with his son and daughter-in-law, experts in Internet know-how, Advantage Point Systems, Inc. was launched on the World Wide Web. Thom McKee, Jr., and his wife Amy, bring an added technological edge to Advantage Point Systems, Inc., rounding out and enriching the company's communication boundaries.

Thom and Amy got involved in Internet marketing in early 1994, selling ballroom dance videos and CDs on the Internet. Over the last several years, they have developed principles on how to market businesses successfully on the Internet and are now using their skills to successfully market Advantage Point Systems, Inc. With tremendous success on their Ballroom For Beginners web site, the idea of merging their talents in the area of web design, publicity and marketing with those of key note speaker Tom McKee at Advantage Point System, Inc. seemed ideal.
