Workshop Overview

Everyone is telling you to think "outside-the-box," to be creative. However, "outside-the- box" decision making can be very dangerous (and perhaps illegal

To develop creativity, begin by evaluating your current decision frame. Ask these questions:

  • What are the limitations that box me in?
  • What are the government regulations and systems that stifle creative thinking?
  • What are the paradigms that paralyze the creative problem solving in our organization or team?

To develop a creative decision box, begin to reframe by asking these questions:

  • How can I create a new decision frame without breaking the law?
  • How can I get my organization or team to reach consensus on a creative decision frame?

To master creativity, start thinking outside the box—a new box that you create with your organization and team.
